Young people who have benefited from a social protection measure, according to the law, and have reached the age of 18 can opt for the continuation of the special protection measure under the conditions of art. 55 par. (2) and (3) or for receiving a monthly allowance in the amount of 4.8 ISR. This allowance is granted to young people who can prove that they are attending a full-time form of education or have a job.
According to art. I of the Order MMSS and MFTES no. 1954/20668/07.10.2022, in order to maintain the granting of the allowance for young people, they are obliged to submit to the territorial agency, every 6 months from the date the right is established, as the case may be, a certificate issued by the employer attesting that the young person is employed or a certificate issued by the educational institution attesting that the young person is enrolled at that institution and is attending classes.
