Requests are submitted together at:
1. Citizens Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – first floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. Registry of the Constanța City Hall, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51 – for those submitted through post offices;
