The requests are submitted together at:
1. Citizens Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (City Park Mall premises – 1st floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. Constanța City Hall Registry, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51 – for those submitted through postal offices;
