Details
According to art. 18* of Law no. 416/2001 with its subsequent amendments and completions, and according to art. 28 of Law 277/2010 regarding the family support allowance, the director of the territorial agency requests the city hall in whose territorial area the family resides to verify the situation that led to the registration of unpaid amounts for social aid and the family support allowance, through a social inquiry. The result of the verification is communicated to the territorial agency.
