Details
The notification of commencement/completion of the execution of works shall be submitted to the competent public administration authority (Sector 4 City Hall of Bucharest) which issued the construction/demolition permit and to the State Inspectorate for Construction (ISC) within whose jurisdiction the objective is located.
The notification must be submitted at least 10 days before the commencement/completion of the works and, at the Sector 4 City Hall, the applicant can submit the request by creating an account on the start.ps4.ro platform.
