The person who considers themselves aggrieved in their rights may file the administrative complaint provided for in art. 32 of Government Decision no. 123/2002 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 544/2001 regarding free access to information of public interest, with subsequent amendments and completions, within 30 days from becoming aware of the explicit or tacit refusal of the employees of the public authority or institution.
