​The applicant for the urban planning certificate is the natural or legal person interested in receiving information from the competent public administration authority regarding a property, land and/or buildings for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the law. For the issuance of the urban planning certificate, the applicant will address the Braila County Council by submitting a request according to form F1 - REQUEST for the issuance of the urban planning certificate, in which both the identification elements of the property for which the certificate is requested will be entered: locality, cadastral number and land register number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise, as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request. The structure that handles the application is the Urban Planning Directorate, Urban Planning Service.

​Documents required for issuing the Urban Planning Certificate:

​a) the standard application for the issuance of the Urban Planning Certificate (model form F.1), completed in all sections, signed , including:
​1. identification details of the applicant;
​2. identification details of the property for which the certificate is requested, namely locality, cadastral number, and land register number, where the law does not provide otherwise;
​3. elements that define the purpose of the request;

​b) cadastral/topographic plans, showing the properties in question, as follows:
​1. for properties not registered in the land registry and real estate advertising records: zoning plan, at one of the scales 1:10.000, 1:5.000, 1:2.000, 1:1.000, 1:500, as applicable, issued, upon request, by the office of cadastre and real estate advertising;
​2. for properties registered in the land registry and real estate advertising records: extract from the cadastral plan from the orthophotoplan and land register extract for information UPDATED TO DATE, issued, upon request, by the office of cadastre and real estate advertising (OCPI Braila - Calea Calarasilor no. 27, Braila - or online on the ANCPI website http://epay.ancpi.ro.);

​c) the document attesting payment of the fee for issuing the Urban Planning Certificate - calculated according to the Decision of the Braila County Council approved for the current year, in copy.


​For shortening the processing time of your application, we kindly ask you to:
​1. If the payment of the fee for issuing the Urban Planning Certificate is made at the cashier of the Braila County Council, also submit the original documentation for the issuance of the Certificate
​2. If the payment of the fee for issuing the Urban Planning Certificate is made by bank transfer to the account RO37 TREZ 1515 006X XX00 0215, please send the original documentation by mail or courier to the headquarters of the Braila County Council.
