For the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, a standard application (according to the Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate) must be filled out and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the issued urban planning certificate in original. The application for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity date.
Along with the submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
