CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE with hygiene and public health regulations is the administrative procedure by which the assessment of compliance with legal regulations regarding public health is performed for operational objectives that carry out activities with risk to the health of the population.

The notification of certification of compliance can be issued in emergency mode - 5 working days from the submission of the file, by paying an emergency fee of 150 lei.
