The state allowance for children is granted to all children up to 18 years old, Romanian citizens, without discrimination, as well as to young people who have reached the age of 18 and are attending high school or vocational education courses organized according to the law, until completion.
The state allowance for children is granted to Romanian citizens, foreign citizens, as well as stateless persons residing in Romania, under the conditions of the law, if they live together with their parents.
