Reception constitutes a component of the quality system in construction and is the act by which the investor declares that he accepts, takes over the work with or without reservations, and that it can be put into use. Through the act of reception, it is certified that the contractor has fulfilled his obligations in accordance with the contract provisions and the execution documentation.
​The reception of construction works of any category and their related installations is carried out both for new works and for interventions over time on existing constructions (major repairs, strengthening, modifications, modernization, extensions, etc.) and is performed in two stages:
​- reception upon completion of the works;

- final reception upon expiration of the warranty period.
