The purpose of the social service "Integrated Community Center" is to provide health services in an integrated system with social services at the community level, in order to solve the individual’s medico-social problems, with the aim of maintaining the person in their own living environment. Community medical assistance involves an integrated set of programs and health services focused on the individual needs of healthy and sick people, as well as community needs, provided in an integrated system with social services.
