This procedure regulates the method of registration of means of transport for the purpose of determining the tax, in the case of legal entities, within the General Directorate of Taxes and Local Fees, Sector 6.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, with subsequent amendments and additions, an appeal may be filed against the measures imposed by the fiscal administrative act, which can be submitted within 45 days from the communication, at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Local Taxes and Fees Sector 6, under penalty of forfeiture.
