Details

A natural or legal person interested in receiving information from the local public administration authority regarding a property, land, and/or constructions for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the law, may request a zoning certificate.

For the issuance of the zoning certificate, the applicant shall contact the City Hall of Oltenita Municipality by submitting an application according to form F1 - APPLICATION for the issuance of the zoning certificate, in which both the identification elements of the property for which the zoning certificate is requested: locality, cadastral number, and land book number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise, as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request will be entered.

Payment can also be made at www.ghiseul.ro. The department dealing with the application is the URBANISM DIRECTORATE.

Cadastral/topographical plans, highlighting the properties in question, as follows: 1. for properties not registered in the cadastral and real estate publicity records—zoning plan at one of the scales 1:10,000, 1:5,000, 1:2,000, 1:1,000, 1:500, as applicable, issued upon request by Oltenita City Hall 2. for properties registered in the cadastral and real estate publicity records—extract from the cadastral plan based on the orthophotomap and land register extract for current information, issued upon request by the cadastral and real estate publicity office.*

Proof of payment for the issuance fee of the urbanism certificate, copy. Payment can also be made on www.ghiseul.ro or by bank transfer to account RO58TREZ20221070250XXXXX, opened at Oltenita Treasury, in the name of Oltenita Municipality, Fiscal Code 4294103 Fee for issuing the urbanism certificate in rural areas, depending on the requested surface area: a) up to 150 m2 inclusive 7 lei b) between 151 and 250 m2 inclusive 8 lei c) between 251 and 500 m2 inclusive 10 lei d) between 501 and 750 m2 inclusive 13 lei e) between 751 and 1000 m2 inclusive 16 lei f) over 1000 m2 14 lei + 0.01 lei/m2 for each m2 exceeding 1000 m2 + 11.5% inflation rate for 2021+2022+2023 Fee for the approval of the urbanism certificate by the urbanism and territorial planning commission, by the mayor or by the specialized structures within the county council 15 lei*
