It can be, for example: - alienation-acquisition contract (3 copies); - invoice, in case of acquisition from a legal entity, registered in the transport means evidence register - original REMTII number (3 copies); - adjudication act; - novation/assignment contract of financial leasing; - invoice with residual/final value (original); - financial leasing contract accompanied by the handover-receipt report; - General Meeting of Shareholders resolution or sole associate decision, in the case of vehicles acquired following the dissolution of a company, court judgment, inheritance certificate.*

Necessary both in the case of transferring the right of ownership acquired from a legal entity and in the case of transferring the right of use (assignment/novation, where applicable)*
