​It is granted based on Law no. 61/1993, updated, regarding the state allowance for children and constitutes a form of state protection given to all children up to 18 years of age, Romanian citizens, without discrimination, as well as to young people who have reached the age of 18, who are attending high school or vocational education courses, organized under the conditions of the law, until their completion.
