The reception of construction works is carried out for the purpose of: - concluding the construction process of authorized works, by adjusting the AC tax and registering the property in the fiscal records of the locality for taxation; - registering constructions/parts of a construction in the Land Registry. Inspection report at the completion of works The document certifies the following: the works have been fully executed; the provisions of the construction/demolition permit have been fully respected; the works were executed in accordance with the provisions of the works/execution contract, the design documentation, the execution documentation, and the specific regulations.
