​The procedure describes the way to submit a request for exercising the right to erasure of personal data – the right to be forgotten.

The request can be submitted to:

1. The Citizens’ Information Center located in Deva, Piata Unirii no. 4, room no. 25

2. Online, at the email address: dpo@primariadeva.ro. After registering the received request, the data protection officer will email you its registration number.

The operator provides the data subject with information regarding the actions taken following a request under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, without undue delay and in any case within a maximum of one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The operator informs the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, also presenting the reasons for the delay.
