1. Citizens’ Information Center located in Deva, Piata Unirii no. 4, room no. 25

2. Online, at the email address: dpo@primariadeva.ro. After the submitted application is registered, the data protection officer will send you by email its registration number.

The controller provides the data subject with information regarding the actions taken following a request made under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, without unjustified delay and in any case within no more than one month from the receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The controller informs the data subject of any such extension within one month of receiving the request, also presenting the reasons for the delay.
