​The procedure describes the way to submit the application for exercising the right to object.

The application is submitted to:

1. The Citizens' Information Center located in Deva, Piata Unirii no. 4, room no. 25

2. Online, at the e-mail address: dpo@primariadeva.ro. After registering the received application, the data protection officer will send you the registration number by email.

The operator provides the data subject with information about actions taken following a request under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, without undue delay and in any case within at most one month from receiving the request. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The operator informs the data subject of any such extension within one month from receipt of the request, also stating the reasons for the delay.
