Details

Sanitary authorization for operation based on the evaluation report is the administrative procedure by which the competent authority assesses the compliance of the objective, prepares the evaluation report, and issues the sanitary authorization for operation or the notification of its rejection.

The sanitary authorization for operation can be issued urgently - within 5 working days from the submission of the file, by paying an additional urgent fee of 150 lei. The final amount will be 550 LEI.

Depending on the specifics of the activity, other documents may be requested to prove compliance with the legal requirements related to the field. These will be presented by the applicant during the evaluation stage of the objective.
