The request for reimbursement of medicines is made by:​

• Military personnel in reserve/retired, military pensioner (art. 4 letter f) from M 110/2009);
• Military personnel retired due to disability as a result of accidents during service or illnesses contracted during and because of fulfilling military duties, who later opted for a pension from the state social insurance system (art. 4 letter h) from M 110/2009);
• Veteran, widow, war invalid, other categories of persons provided by special laws (art. 4 letter j) from M 110/2009),

Documents required for the reimbursement file:​

• Reimbursement request
• Photocopy of the identity document
• Photocopy of the pension slip
• Photocopy of the medical recommendation (CNAS prescription form, simple prescription, medical letter, military prescription)
• Fiscal invoice issued by the pharmacy that dispensed the medicines in the name of the holder of the medical recommendation, in original;
• The receipt corresponding to the fiscal invoice, in original
• The IBAN code of the account where the reimbursed amount is requested to be transferred.
