Persons who can request reimbursement of medicines:

• Military personnel in reserve/retired, military pensioners, professional soldiers and ranks who have been placed in reserve or removed from military records based on the provisions of art. 45, para. 1, letters a, c, d, o, of Law no. 384/2006 regarding the status of professional soldiers and ranks;
• Military pensioners due to disability as a result of accidents during service or illnesses contracted during and because of fulfilling
  military duties who, subsequently, opted for the pension from the state social insurance system;
• War veterans, widows and invalids, as well as other categories of persons provided for by special laws;

Required documents for the medicine reimbursement file:

• Reimbursement request;
• Photocopy of the identity card;
• Photocopy of the pension slip;
• Photocopy of the medical recommendation (CNAS type prescription, simple prescription, TAB III prescription))
• Original fiscal invoice, issued by the pharmacy that released the medicines in the beneficiary’s name;
• Original fiscal receipt, corresponding to the fiscal invoice;

The IBAN code of the account where the reimbursed amount is to be transferred.
