The person who considers themselves harmed in their rights may file the administrative complaint provided in art. 32 of Government Decision no. 123/2002 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 544/2001 regarding free access to public interest information, with subsequent amendments and additions, within 30 days from becoming aware of the explicit or tacit refusal of the employees of the

If a person considers themselves harmed in their rights, provided by Law no. 544/2001 regarding free access to public interest information, with subsequent amendments and additions, they may file a complaint with the administrative litigation section of the tribunal in whose territorial jurisdiction they reside or in whose territorial jurisdiction the seat of the authority or public institution is located. The complaint must be submitted within 30 days from the expiration date of the period stipulated in art. 7 of Law no. 544/2001 regarding free access to public interest information, with subsequent amendments and additions.
