in case of representation, a notarized power of attorney, respectively the delegation, the decision of the general meeting of associates, the decision of the sole associate, the decision of the representative of the associative form, as the case may be, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the identity card for the authorized natural person or a copy of the passport for the authorized natural person with domicile abroad.*

Copy of the ownership document (for example: ownership title, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land tenure document (for example: concession contract, lease, rental, superficies, etc.) with notarized authentication (except for requests for works provided in art. 7 para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished)*

The owner's agreement for the implementation of the investment objective on the studied site, in case the investment objective is implemented on the studied site, if the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state – in original and copy.*

Copy of the urban planning certificate (within its validity period), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan WITH THE INVENTORY OF COORDINATES*

The technical memorandum of the work, describing the investment objective.*

The Government/county council/local council decision on declaring investment objectives of national, county, local interest as being of public utility, under the law, as applicable.*

Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation / technical project will also include the technical protection solution for land improvement works and will be checked according to the law, obligatorily by a certified project verifier (as the case may be). In the case of national roads, express roads, ring roads, highways, the technical documentation must be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges, j) Copy of the ANIF approval for the permanent or temporary removal from the agricultural circuit of land located outside the built-up area, for checking compliance with the conditions imposed at the time of the approval’s issuance (if applicable).*

The land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the cadastral and real estate publicity office no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where the construction permit is requested for the implementation and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and additions); (with the exception of requests for the works provided in art. 7 para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works republished); (with the exception of public utility investment works)*
