Copy of the urbanism certificate (within the validity period), accompanied by the zoning location plan and the site plan WITH THE INVENTORY OF COORDINATES*

The technical memorandum of the work, describing the investment objective.*

The Government/county council/local council decision regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national, county, local interest, under the conditions of the law, as the case may be.*

Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation / technical project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be mandatorily verified by a certified project verifier (as applicable), according to the law. In the case of national roads, expressways, ring roads, and highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges. j) Copy of the ANIF approval for permanent or temporary removal from agricultural use of land located outside the locality, to verify compliance with the conditions imposed at the time the approval was issued (if applicable).*

(except in the case where the construction permit is requested for the development and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para.(2, lit. a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for works provided in art. 7 para 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*
