The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as the case may be. In the case where approval for the permanent or temporary removal from the agricultural circuit of land located outside the built-up area, with the category of permanent pasture use, is requested, the beneficiary of the notice will be informed of the necessity to comply with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2013 regarding the organization, administration, and exploitation of permanent pastures and for the amendment and completion of the Land Fund Law no. 18/1991, approved by Law no. 86/2014.*
