The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, C.F. number, cadastral number and/or topographical number, signature, accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*

Registration certificate and certificate of attestation from the trade register or the document on the basis of which they carry out their activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity.*

In case of representation, notarial power of attorney, as well as the delegation, the resolution of the general meeting of associates, the decision of the sole associate, the decision of the representative of the associative form, as applicable, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the BI/CI of the appointed natural person or a copy of the passport for the appointed natural person with domicile abroad.*

Copy of the ownership deed (for example: ownership title, purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land possession document (for example: concession contract, lease, rental, superficies, etc.) with notarial authentication; (except for requests for works provided in art. 7, paragraph 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished).*

The owner's consent for the permanent or temporary removal of the land from the agricultural circuit, in case the land is owned by a person other than the owner; the administrator's consent for the permanent or temporary removal of the land from the agricultural circuit, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state – in original and copy.*

Copy of the urbanism certificate (within the validity period), accompanied by the zoning location plan and the site plan endorsed by the OCPI (the site plan will highlight the area proposed for removal from agricultural use), as applicable.*

The technical memorandum of the work, which describes the investment objective.*

Copies of payment documents.*

The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as the case may be. (except in the case where the issuance of the building permit is requested for the construction and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para.(2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for the works provided in art. 7 para 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works republished); (except for utility public investment works). In the case where approval for the permanent or temporary removal from the agricultural circuit of land located outside the built-up area, with the category of permanent pasture use, is requested, the beneficiary of the notice will be informed of the necessity to comply with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2013 regarding the organization, administration, and exploitation of permanent pastures and for the amendment and completion of the Land Fund Law no. 18/1991, approved by Law no. 86/2014.*
