• The issuance of the card-permit is regulated by Law 448/2006 (art.65) regarding the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities, and its characteristics and card model are established by HG 268/2007 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for implementing Law 448/2006, respectively Order 163/2023 regarding the implementation of the unique format of the permit card.
• Beneficiaries: persons with disabilities who have their domicile/residence in Rm. Vâlcea.
• Required documents for obtaining the card:

1. certificate of classification in the degree of disability
2. identity document of the person with disability (child/adult)
3. identity document of the legal representative – parent/guardian/curator (as applicable)
4. recent identity-card type photo of the person with disability
5. old permit card (as applicable)
6. standard request form for parking permit card

• Validity of the card – is equivalent to that of the certificate of classification in the degree of disability indicated on the back (12 months, 24 months, permanent, and for children with very severe conditions, until reaching the age of 18) and ceases in the following situations – death of the person with disability, expiration of the certificate's validity (in these circumstances there is an obligation to return the permit card).

** for arranged parking spots marked with the international sign of the person with disability, located on public property, cards held by citizens from other localities or countries within the European area are also valid;

• Rules for using the card:
  

- it must be displayed in a visible place, on the car dashboard;

- it must be used only for properly marked parking spaces, in public parking lots and next to public utility buildings;
