Attention to persons with disabilities, beneficiaries of free local transport:
üCan benefit from free public transport within the municipality:
- holders of certificates for severe and accentuated disability
- companions of persons with severe disabilities, in their presence
- companions of children with accentuated disabilities, in their presence
- companions of adults with accentuated hearing and mental disabilities, in their presence, based on the social investigation carried out by the social worker from the specialized department of the city hall in whose territorial jurisdiction the person with a disability has their domicile or residence
- personal assistants of persons with severe disabilities
- professional personal assistants of persons with severe or accentuated disabilities
üRequired documents for granting free public transport:
- Identity document – person with disability / personal assistant of the person with disability / legal representative of the person with disability (where applicable);
- Valid certificate for disability rating;
- Urban transport pass for public surface transport issued by DGASPC, with the patient's ID-type photo attached
To note:
- In the month in which the validity of the certificate for disability rating expires, its holder will no longer appear in the nominal table forwarded to the local transport operator SC ETA SA. Upon presentation of the new certificate, the applicant will also bring the new local transport pass issued by DGASPC, and will receive a certificate based on which their subscription will be issued.
- The same procedure will be followed in the case of expiry of the beneficiary's identity document for free local transport.
- The local transport pass issued by DGASPC, can be used throughout the entire territory of the country.

In case of dissatisfaction with the solution provided, an appeal can be submitted to our institution within 30 days from the date of communication, and if dissatisfied with the way the appeal is resolved, you may address the court of law under the conditions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and completions.
