• The procedure establishes the method for the reimbursement of the cost of medicines for the beneficiaries of Law 80/1995.

The request for medicine reimbursement is made by:​

• Retired/reserve military personnel, military pensioner (art. 4 letter f) of M 110/2009);
• Military retired on grounds of disability as a result of service accidents or diseases contracted during and due to the fulfillment of military obligations who later opted for the pension from the state social insurance system (art. 4 letter h) of M 110/2009);
• Veteran, widow, war invalid, other categories of persons provided by special laws (art. 4 letter j) of M 110/2009),

Documents required to create the reimbursement file:​

• Reimbursement request
• Copy of the identity document
• Copy of the pension slip
• Copy of the medical recommendation (CNAS-type prescription, simple prescription, medical letter, military prescription)
• Original tax invoice issued by the pharmacy that dispensed the medicines in the name of the holder of the medical recommendation
• Original fiscal receipt corresponding to the tax invoice
• The IBAN code of the account in which they request the transfer of the reimbursed amount
