The procedure is addressed to all applicants who wish to undergo the medical examination for obtaining/extending the driver's license, within the Specialty Outpatient Clinic of the "Dr. Ștefan Odobleja" Military Emergency Clinical Hospital Craiova.
According to the legislation in force, applicants must present with:
- medical examination form filled in with personal data (form downloaded from PCUe);
- certificate from the family doctor, mentioning medical history;
- identity card.
The medical examination is carried out at the specialty clinics within the Integrated Outpatient Unit, according to the requirements established by the legislation in force.
