The procedure regulates the issuance of the street nomenclature and address certificate, the official document by which the street name and administrative number related to a property located within the administrative-territorial area of UAT Drăgănești - Olt Town, Olt County, are certified.
The certificate is issued at the request of the property owner or other family members who can justify a legal interest and is necessary for registration/updating data in the land register, at OCPI, at the notary, for obtaining authorizations, utility contracting, or in other situations provided by law.
The document is issued based on the street nomenclature records approved by Local Council decisions and the documentation submitted by the applicant.

If the applicant considers themselves harmed by the unjustified refusal to issue the certificate or by the failure to resolve the request within the legal term, they may submit:

prior complaint, under the provisions of art. 7 of Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, within 30 days from the notification of the refusal or from the expiration of the legal deadline for resolution;
-
administrative litigation action to the competent court, under the provisions of the same law.
