Details

Based on Law no. 266/2002, republished, in order to produce seeds and planting material on the territory of Romania, an economic operator, natural person or legal entity, must be registered by the competent authority, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development - National Seed Quality Inspection, for this purpose.
