Standard form*

For applicants from the counties included in the development regions North-East, South-East, North-West, Center, West, and South-West, the files will be sent to the Examination Commission only through the Territorial Offices in Iasi, Cluj-Napoca, and Timisoara, according to the established allocation, and will be accompanied by a written opinion from the BT-RUR coordinator.*

The recommendations will specify exactly the types of documentation or parts of documentation and the corresponding symbols for which the granting of the right of signature is recommended; the recommendations will also specify the capacity in which the signatory knew the candidate, namely: internship supervisor, project coordinator/head, chapter drafter, or hierarchical superior within a public institution, specialized commercial company, or an architecture office; the signatory of the recommendation must hold the right of signature for at least the same categories of documentation or parts of territorial planning and urbanism documentation requested by the candidate and must be able to certify, by signature and stamp, the completion of at least one relevant project to which the candidate contributed, including proof of payment of the RUR fee for exercising the right of signature.*

The CV template to be used will be the Europass type (also displayed on the RUR website); the CV will have attached a detailed list of relevant works (portfolio) for the requested signature right, specifying at least the following elements: full name, beneficiary, year of elaboration, name of the project manager, and the responsibilities fulfilled by the applicant in the preparation of the respective documentation or parts of territorial planning or/and urbanism documentation; 2 The CV will also have attached a list of publications including books, studies, specialized articles, reports, highlighting those relevant for the documentation or parts of documentation for which the granting of the signature right is requested. The CV and its annexes will be signed by the applicant on each page.*

The evaluation report will be signed by the internship supervisor and will be accompanied by a standard form, including information regarding compliance with the obligations provided in art. 20 para. (2) of the regulation; the evaluation report will be approved by the professional sub-committee for internship monitoring at the end of the internship (as mentioned in the RUR register).*

PHOTOCOPIES of the regulation sheets from the general urban plans / drawn zonal urban plans, at a reduced scale, as well as from other sheets and corresponding graphic representations relevant for the categories of documentation or parts of documentation for which the right to sign is requested. The photocopies will be preceded by an index that will explicitly include the list of the presented documentations and sheets and the name of the work from which they are extracted; the photocopies will be presented at a scale that allows understanding of the content and identification of the recognition data of the work; the photocopies will be reproductions of the original sheets signed and stamped; if this is not possible for various reasons, they will contain signatures and stamps applied in original; at least part of the presented works will be signed by the internship supervisor or by the signatories of the two recommendations, as the case may be; confirmation letters (signed and stamped) from the project managers / coordinators regarding the applicant’s contribution to the respective work / sheet (preparation, drawing, chapters from the technical report / regulation, chapter responsibility, etc.) may be attached; the documentations from which the photocopies are extracted and presented must meet the condition of having been approved or at least endorsed (for documentation drawn up after 1991); for this purpose, copies of the relevant endorsements will be presented according to the complexity or specificity of the documentation for which the right to sign is requested; for the documentations from which the photocopies are extracted and presented, a copy of the proof of payment of the corresponding fee to RUR must be presented.*
