Proceeding for individuals to become members of ANEVAR

Details

According to art. 4 of the Procedure regarding the acquisition, maintenance, loss of membership status of the National Association of Authorized Appraisers of Romania, as well as other provisions regarding changes in the membership status of this association, for acquiring the status of full member, the Romanian citizen natural person must meet the following conditions:

a. to have been declared admitted to the final internship exam, in accordance with the Regulation for conducting and completing the internship, approved by the Board of Directors,

b. to not have been definitively convicted for committing an intentional crime

c. to have concluded a professional civil liability insurance contract for appraisal activity, with a minimum liability limit of 10,000 euros, according to Board of Directors Decision no. 10/2012.

The profession of authorized valuer is regulated by Government Ordinance no. 24/2011 and is found in the annex list to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and additions.*
