Details

According to Art. 9 para. 2 of the Procedure regarding the acquisition, maintenance, loss of membership status in the National Association of Authorized Evaluators of Romania, as well as other provisions regarding amendments to the membership status of this association, a legal entity with the nationality of a member state of the European Union or a state belonging to the European Economic Area that has acquired the status of authorized evaluator in its country of origin is recognized as a corporate member, if it fulfills the conditions established by the bilateral agreement concluded between the Association and the homologous body from the country of origin.

The profession of authorized valuer is regulated by Government Ordinance no. 24/2011 and is included in the annexed list to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.*
