The procedure addresses individuals or legal entities interested in receiving information from the competent public administration authority regarding a property, land and/or constructions for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the Law. For the issuance of the urbanism certificate, the applicant will address the Cernavoda Town Hall by submitting a request according to the form - template - request for the issuance of the urbanism certificate - in which both the identification elements of the property for which the urbanism certificate is requested (locality, cadastral number and land registry number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise) as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request will be recorded.
