Obtaining the certificate for the mandated entity for verifying and certifying the fulfillment of financial and technical conditions/obligations for granting the warehouse license and for monitoring the licensed warehouses' stocks of consumption seeds, including those for which warehouse certificates have been issued and credits granted, in accordance with the provisions of art. 6 para. 4 of Law no. 101/2014 regarding regulatory measures for the storage of consumption seeds and the regime of warehouse certificates for them, and the Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development no. 1.964/2015 regarding the approval of criteria and conditions for the approval and designation of mandated entities.
