This procedure regulates the way the operation program approval is endorsed in Constanța municipality within the City Hall of Constanța.
Note:
The fee for endorsing the operation program approval for units carrying out activities of selling market products and services that are not found in CAEN codes 5610 (corresponding CAEN code 5530), 5630 (corresponding CAEN code 5540), and 932 - other recreational and entertainment activities, is set at the amount of 159 lei.
After registering the request, you will receive an email with the amount and payment details.
By exception, for units in the Mamaia resort and Sat Vacanța, carrying out activities found in CAEN- Rev 2 code 4711 and group 472, except for code 4726, the fee for endorsing the operation approval is set at 12,588 lei; for Code 4724 the fee is 3,980 lei.
The fee of 159 lei is paid at the City Hall cashier.
