The notification is submitted by traders, natural or legal persons authorized in accordance with the provisions of art. 22-28 of G.E.O. no. 99/2000 regarding the commercialization of market products and services, republished, and of the methodological rules for applying the ordinance, approved by Government Decision no. 333/2003.
In this regard, the trader will address the Cluj-Napoca City Hall by submitting a standard application, in accordance with the model provided in the annex to Government Decision no. 333/2003. The standard application will include the identifying details of the trader: trader name, registered office, CUI, registration number at the Trade Registry Office, representative, as well as the address of the work point. This standard application accompanies the inventory list for sale-off goods. The division responsible for the application is the Municipal Heritage and Property Records Department, Trade Authorization Service.
