This procedure regulates the mode of organization and conduct of the linguistic competence test for admission to the 5th grade with intensive instruction in a modern foreign language of international circulation, at the level of public or private pre-university educational institutions in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) of the Framework Regulation for the organization and functioning of classes with intensive or bilingual instruction in a modern foreign language in pre-university educational institutions, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
