This procedure describes how supervisors can apply for a duplicate license for its loss or damage. Issuing duplicate is made within 30 days from the date of filing or receipt of any additions or clarifications needed

Site supervisors registered in the Public Register of site supervisors authorized by I.S.C.

The profession of site supervisor is included in Annex no. 2 - The list of regulated professions in Romania from Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and additions.*
