Details
This procedure describes how individuals Romanian citizens may require authorization based on exam in Romania in order to provide site supervision activities. Project supervisor is an individual employed by investor / beneficiary, having the obligation of ensuring verification of correct implementation of construction works throughout the works, according to the law. The authorization does not result in the transfer of responsibilities from authorized persons to the commissioning body and not relieve one of their obligations.
Entitled persons
Individuals, Romanian citizens who meet the conditions regarding education and professional experience provided by the procedure for authorization as site supervisor based on an exam.
*Regulated professions
The profession of site manager is included in Annex no. 2 - List of regulated professions in Romania from Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.*

The document will be drawn up according to the attached template, and it will be dated and signed. In the request, applicants will specify the examination center where they wish to take the authorization exam/exams.*
Curriculum vitae*

The curriculum vitae will be prepared according to the common European model provided by the Romanian Government Decision no. 1021/2004, and within the chapter -Professional experience- the most important works in the field will be detailed in order to prove the professional experience conditions stipulated by the procedure.*

Copy of the valid license/certificate of authorized natural gas installer, issued according to the law by the competent national regulatory authority, holographically certified for conformity with the original by the applicant for subdomains 8.3 - Natural gas installations and 9.4 - Natural gas networks. Mandatory documents for applicants who wish to be authorized in subdomains 8.1/9.1/8.3/9.4. Proof of holding these types of authorization for at least 5 years must also be submitted.*
