Details

In accordance with OG 80/2000, with subsequent amendments and completions, and OMTCT 2135/2005, RAR issues the operating authorization for economic operators, other than manufacturers, who partition and package operating materials certified or approved by RAR.

This procedure describes how RAR processes the applications submitted by applicants for authorization, up to the moment when, by mutual agreement with the applicant, the date for the on-site verification is established: https://www.rarom.ro/?page_id=937

The application must be dated, signed by the legal representatives of the applicant for authorization, and stamped, indicating the person nominated for the relationship with RAR. These persons must fulfill the requirement of honorability. The authorization application shall refer only to products belonging to the same group of operating materials (engine oils, transmission oils, hydraulic oils, greases, antifreeze liquid, brake fluid, windshield washer solutions).*
