For registration in the National Register of Multipliers, authorized natural persons or legal entities carrying out activities of multiplying phonograms, videograms, and/or computer programs on optical discs, audio cassettes or video cassettes, as applicable, intended for public distribution, shall submit the following standard requests and documents:

• Standard requests: Forms 1, 2, 18
• copy of the registration certificate at the Trade Register Office (CUI);
• copy of the technical specifications or authorized technical expertise regarding the industrial nature of the duplication equipment;
• copy of the document (invoice/payment order) certifying the payment of fees.

Fees:

• issuance of registration authorization for optical disc multipliers - 500 lei;
• issuance of registration authorization for audio cassette and video cassette multipliers - 350 lei;
• registration of work points and storage spaces - 50 lei/work point or storage space;
• completion request (for incomplete files) - 10 lei.
