According to the provisions of Ordinance no. 25/2006 regarding the strengthening of the administrative capacity of the Romanian Office for Copyright, updated, natural or legal persons who have obtained the certificate of registration of phonograms/videograms in the National Register of Phonograms/Videograms may request the Romanian Office for Copyright to issue holographic marks through a standard application in which the titles of the phonograms/videograms for which the issuance of holographic marks is requested are obligatorily mentioned.
