This procedure describes how entities with legal personality can request a duplicate authorization, in case loss or deterioration of the authorization.

Legally constituted legal entity or an entity with legal personality within a legal entity, headquartered in the EU and/or Romania, which owns a laboratory authorized by the State Inspectorate for Construction - I.S.C.

The applicant shall specify the reason for requesting the duplicate, respectively the loss or deterioration of the laboratory authorization for analyses and testing in construction.*
Copy of the announcement regarding the loss of the authorization published in a widely circulated daily newspaper*

The announcement, by which the authorization is declared null, will contain the authorization number and its date of issuance, as well as the name of the laboratory and its owning company.*

Proof of payment for the issuance fee of the duplicate*
