The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Software Programs is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to art.36 paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.

The replacement of the Registration Certificate in the National Register of Software Programs, while still valid, is requested as a result of a change in the registered office address, a change in the company’s name, a change in the form of organization of the company, the addition/removal of a business activity.

The replacement documents must contain the following:

Standard requests – Form 4; Form 2 is submitted only if adding new work points/storage spaces, Form 3 is submitted when removing previously registered work points/storage spaces.

Documents Copies of:

- modification documents such as change of registered office, change of form of organization, etc. and/or supplementary documents on which the registration was based – copy of the registration certificate (CUI) –

- the previous certificate and its annexes, issued by the Romanian Copyright Office;

- if applicable, Form 2 for registering new work points/storage spaces and/or Form 3 for removing old work points/storage spaces;

- invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by G.D.1086/2008 and Order no. 2029/2009, as follows:

- replacement of the registration certificate as a result of changing the identification data of the economic operator;

- if registering a new activity is requested and the initial certificate has not expired: 50 lei – emergency fee/request, additional fee 300 lei;

- if registering new work points/storage spaces is requested – a fee of 20 lei is paid;

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sector 1, Bucharest, or to account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Trezoreria Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
