If the registration of new work points and/or storage spaces is requested, after registration in the National Register of Computer Programs, applicants must submit the following documents:

Standard requests: Form 2;

Documents - copy of invoice/payment order, regarding payment for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are stipulated by H.G.1086/2008, as follows - registration of a work point 20 lei/work point - registration of a storage space 20 lei/storage space - emergency fee, additional charge 300 lei,

- complementary request for the completion of missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration request 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier on Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sector 1, Bucharest, or into account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at the Treasury Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
