For producers/importers/distributors/merchants/those who rent computer programs, registration is done according to art.35 of G.O. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by G.E.O 43/2010.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

Standard requests Forms 1,2

Documents Copies of:

- the registration certificate at the Trade Register Office;

- the fiscal registration certificate only for legal entities without patrimonial purpose;

- invoice/payment order regarding the payment made for the registration operation in the registry.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:

- registration of software production activity 50 lei;

- registration of work point 20 lei - registration of storage space 20 lei;

- request for completion to supplement missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration request 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sector 1, Bucharest, or in account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Sector 1 Treasury, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
