For producers/importers/distributors/traders/those who rent computer programs, registration is carried out according to art. 35 of Government Ordinance 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by Government Emergency Ordinance 43/2010.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

Standard application forms 1,2

Copies of the following documents:

- certificate of registration at the Trade Register Office;

- tax registration certificate only for non-profit legal entities;

- invoice/payment order regarding the payment made for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by Government Decision 1086/2008, and are as follows:

- registration of computer program production activity 50 lei;

- registration of work point 20 lei - registration of storage space 20 lei;

- completion request for missing documents following the rejection of the initial registration request 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cash desk on Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, district 1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Trezoreria Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
