For producers, distributors, traders and importers of phonograms, registration is done according to art. 35 of G.O. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by G.E.O. 43/2010.

The registration documents must include the following:

-the registration certificate at the Trade Register Office

-the fiscal registration certificate only for non-profit legal entities

-a copy of the invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided in G.D.1086/2008, as follows:

• phonogram production activity registration 50 lei
• work point registration 20 lei
• storage space registration 20 lei
• urgent fee, additional charge 300 lei
• completion request for completion of missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration request -10 lei.
