The applicant for the urban planning certificate is the natural or legal person interested in receiving information from the competent public administration authority regarding a property, land and/or constructions for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the Law. For the issuance of the urban planning certificate, the applicant will address the Predeal City Hall by submitting a request according to the F1 REQUEST form for the issuance of the urban planning certificate - in which both the identification elements of the property for which the urban planning certificate is requested (location, cadastral number, and land book number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise) as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request will be entered.
